What if I want to create or embroider an item that isn’t on this site?

You can submit any kind of request in the “Design” tab. It can be hoodies, t-shirts, lettermen jackets, towels, kids clothing. Anything you have in mind! Submissions will be responded to within 12-24 hours at the latest. Most responses will happen within a few hours.

What is the shipping policy?

Once items have shipped you will be sent an email you a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. After the item is out of my hands we have no control over the timing or handling of your item. If you have any issues after your item has been shipped I will direct you to contact the shipping company with the tracking number provided to you.

What items can be refundable?

All custom jackets are made to order. Once orders are made I purchase the items needed to make your item. Because of this you have a 24 hour window to cancel otherwise your payment will not be refundable. All orders for accessories or ready-to-ship items are refundable with in 30 day window.

How long before I receive my order?

You can expect to receive your item in two to three weeks from the time of your purchase.

How should I care for my jacket?

Machine wash cold inside out (fabric softener recommended). Do not twist dry. Hang to dry. Iron inside out. This will help preserve the quality of your image and jacket in general.
